Customer Service: A Nail-Biting, Leg-Pulling Story!

I have seen a abundance of terrible supply, however when lousy customer relations ventures into the arena of socially illiterate, rushed, unappreciative of your business, and flat outside rude, I commence to worry. I become concerned about our economy and the prospect of small businesses. I consider what will happen if each day we let supply slip just a tiny bit from the day before since we are so used to our employment. I also reckon about the circumstance that in 20 years there will be about double the number of retirees and baby boomers purchasing goods and services than there was much five years ago (boomers acquire a huge bilk of premium offerings), and 15% less supply workers to serve them than there are immediately. Wow! I factor that concept into the reality of already horrible supply in many establishments, and it makes my heart sad. Sad since I know that small business revenue is the bulk of the business revenue generated in this nation, and since I know that giving terrible supply says something about us as human beings, also.
